Job summary

Incredible Health is actively hiring an RN - Critical Care for the Indio, CA area. The role requires ICU experience and proficiency with advanced medical equipment to care for critically ill patients.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active, unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ year ICU/critical care experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to function effectively under stress and manage high-acuity cases.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures; strong critical thinking and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor critically ill, unstable, and life-threatening conditions.
• Manage life-support systems such as ventilation and cardiac monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
• Administer medications and other treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.
