Incredible Health is actively hiring an RN - Critical Care in Santa Rosa, CA. ADN or higher nursing degree, an active RN license, and ICU experience are preferred. ACLS certification is a plus.

You will rapidly assess patients, monitor critical conditions, manage life-support, participate in rapid responses, administer meds, and collaborate with the care team. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to critically ill or unstable patients.
• Manage life‑support systems such as ventilation and heart monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing

• 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred

• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skill
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
