Incredible Health is hiring an ICU RN in Methuen, MA, with day, night, and mid shifts available. Positions include full-time and part-time roles. Eligible candidates have an ADN or higher, an active RN license, and ICU experience.

ACLS is preferred. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team, handle critical cases, and support patient families. Benefit offerings include healthcare coverage, 401K, PTO, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1+ year ICU experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and care for critically ill, unstable patients.
• Manage life-support systems such as ventilation and ECG monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and emergency situations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals on care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
