Incredible Health is hiring RN - Critical Care in Simi Valley, CA. The role requires ADN or higher nursing degree with an active RN license.

ICU experience of 1+ year is preferred, ACLS is a plus, and you will work closely with physicians and healthcare teams to manage high-acuity patients. Responsibilities include rapid patient assessment, monitoring life-support systems, administering medications, and education for patients and families.

Formación

• ADN or higher degree in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1+ years of ICU experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to function under stress.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to critically ill or unstable patients.
• Manage life-support systems like ventilation and cardiac monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and emergency situations.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about condition and care plan.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.

• Shift(s) available: day shift and night shift
