Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and care for critically ill, unstable patients.
• Manage life‑support systems like ventilation and heart monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergencies.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about condition and plan.

Hospitals on Incredible Health are actively hiring and accepting applications in the Delano, CA area for the following position: RN - Critical Care. Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.

• Shift(s) available: day shift and night shift

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred
• ACLS certification preferred
• Ability to function effectively under stress
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skill
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess a patient conditions, including vital signs and other physiological parameters, and intervene with the appropriate care
• Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, and/or life‑threatening conditions
• Manage various life‑support systems like ventilation and heart‑monitoring
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations
• Administer medications and other treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan
