Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring an RN - Critical Care in the Lawrence, MA area to join a level 1 trauma center. The role covers day, night, and mid shifts with full-time and part-time options.

You will assess and treat critically ill patients, operate life-support equipment, and collaborate with physicians on care plans. Qualifications include ADN or higher nursing degree, active RN license, and 1+ year ICU experience; ACLS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions, vital signs, and intervene with appropriate care.

• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
• Administer medications and other treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and health professionals to implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred
• ACLS certification preferred

Salary: $61,470 to $151,310 /year
