Job summary

Incredible Health in Fort Bragg, CA is seeking an RN - Critical Care to assess and care for critically ill patients, manage ventilators and cardiac monitoring, and collaborate with physicians.

Requirements include ADN or higher nursing degree and an active RN license; 1+ year ICU experience is preferred, with ACLS certification preferred. Competitive salary with strong benefits offered.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess a patient conditions, including vital signs and other physiological parameters, and intervene with the appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, and/or life-threatening conditions.
• Manage various life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
• Administer medications and other treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.
