Job summary

Incredible Health is actively recruiting an RN for Critical Care in the Atlanta, GA area. The ideal candidate has ADN or higher in nursing, an active RN license, and ICU experience with strong critical thinking and teamwork.

This role offers day, night and mid shifts with full-time, part-time, or per diem options. Benefits include 401K, tuition assistance, and PTO. Compensation ranges from $59,640 to $100,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of ICU/critical care nursing experience preferred.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• ACLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor critically ill patients and stabilize vital signs.
• Manage life-support systems such as ventilation and cardiac monitors.
• Participate in rapid response and emergency situations.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocol.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop care plans.
• Educate patients and families about condition and plan

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred
• ACLS certification preferred
• Ability to function effectively under stress
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skill
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess a patient conditions, including vital signs and other physiological parameters, and intervene with the appropriate care
• Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, and/or life-threatening conditions
• Manage various life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations
• Administer medications and other treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan
