Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring an RN - Critical Care in Memphis, TN. This role supports patients with critical conditions, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year ICU experience, active RN licensure, and ACLS certification preferred. Expect fast-paced environments with simultaneous patient management and family education responsibilities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene with appropriate care
• Monitor and provide care for critically ill or unstable patients
• Manage life-support systems such as ventilation and cardiac monitoring
• Participate in rapid response and other emergent situations
• Administer medications and therapies as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to implement care plans
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred
• ACLS certification preferred
• Ability to function effectively under stress
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skill
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess a patient conditions, including vital signs and other physiological parameters, and intervene with the appropriate care
• Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, and/or life-threatening conditions
• Manage various life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations
• Administer medications and other treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan

Salary: $48,920 to $94,690 /year
