Incredible Health in Laguna Hills, CA is seeking a RN - Critical Care to join our team. You will assess critically ill patients, monitor life-support systems, collaborate with physicians, and educate families about care plans.

This full-time role offers opportunities across day, night, and mid shifts. Ideal candidates hold a nursing degree, an active RN license, 1+ year ICU experience, ACLS certification preferred, and demonstrate calm under pressure, strong judgment, and excellent communication

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing is required.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license is required.
• 1+ years ICU/critical care experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to function effectively under stress.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess a patient condition, including vitals and other parameters, and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to critically ill or unstable patients.
• Manage life-support systems such as ventilation and heart-monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.
