Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring an RN for Critical Care in Willits, CA. The role covers day, night, and mid shifts with opportunities for full-time, part-time, or per diem work. You will work with a team to care for critically ill patients using advanced life-support equipment and protocols.

The ideal candidate holds an ADN or higher nursing degree, an active RN license, and ICU experience. ACLS is preferred, and strong communication is essential for coordinating care with physicians and families.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene with appropriate care.

• Manage life-support systems like ventilation and cardiac monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and emergency situations.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop care plans.
• Educate patients and families about condition and plan.

Hospitals on Incredible Health are actively hiring and accepting applications in the Willits, CA area for the following position: RN - Critical Care. Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.

• Shift(s) available: day shift, night shift, and mid shift

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess a patient conditions, including vital signs and other physiological parameters, and intervene with the appropriate care
• Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, and/or life-threatening conditions
• Manage various life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations
• Administer medications and other treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan

Salary: $80,000 to $110,000 /year
