Incredible Health in Austin, TX is hiring an RN - Critical Care. ICU-experienced nurses are encouraged to apply.

Shifts include day, night, and mid shifts with options for full-time, part-time, and per diem. Responsibilities include rapid assessment, monitoring of critically ill patients, managing ventilation and heart-monitoring, rapid response participation, administering medications, collaborating with physicians, and educating patients and families.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required
• Active RN license in TX
• 1+ year ICU/critical care experience preferred
• ACLS certification preferred
• Ability to function under stress
• Experience with advanced medical equipment
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene with appropriate care
• Monitor and provide care to critically ill patients
• Manage life-support systems like ventilation and cardiac monitoring
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations
• Administer medications and other treatments
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families about the condition and care plan

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred
• ACLS certification preferred
