Incredible Health is actively hiring for an RN - Critical Care in Plano, TX. This role involves caring for critically ill patients, managing life-support systems, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a high-acuity setting.

The ideal candidate will hold an ADN or higher nursing degree, possess an active RN license, and have ICU experience with ACLS preferred. Shifts include day and night, with full-time, part-time, and per-diem opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to function effectively under stress.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skill.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions, including vital signs, and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, and/or life-threatening conditions.
• Manage life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
• Administer medications and other treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan.
