Incredible Health in Grapevine, TX is hiring an RN - Critical Care to join a high-acuity unit. The role requires an ADN or higher nursing degree and an active RN license, with 1+ year ICU experience preferred. ACLS certification is preferred.

You will work with advanced medical equipment and collaborate with physicians to deliver critical care. Shift options include day or night, with full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions, including vital signs and parameters, and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to critically ill, unstable, or life-threatening patients.
• Manage life-support systems like ventilation and heart monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
• Administer medications and other treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about the condition and care plan.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.
