Incredible Health in Napa, CA is seeking an RN - Critical Care for night shifts to support critically ill patients in high-acuity ICU units. The role offers full-time, part-time, and per diem arrangements and requires executing rapid patient assessments and life-support management.

Qualifications include ADN or higher in nursing, active RN license, and ICU experience; ACLS is preferred. You will collaborate with physicians and care teams to implement care plans and educate families as needed.

• 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to function effectively under stress.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess a patient conditions, including vital signs and other physiological parameters, and intervene with the appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, and/or life-threatening conditions.
• Manage various life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
• Administer medications and other treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan.
