Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring an RN - Critical Care in the Dallas, TX area to care for patients in high-acuity units. You will rapidly assess conditions, monitor vital signs, and manage life-support systems in collaboration with physicians to implement care plans.

Required ADN or higher in nursing with an active RN license; 1+ year ICU experience preferred. ACLS is preferred; strong communication and teamwork are essential in fast-paced environments.

  • Ability to function effectively under stress.
  • Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene with appropriate care.
  • Monitor and provide care to critically ill, unstable patients.
  • Manage life-support systems like ventilation and heart monitoring.
  • Participate in rapid response and emergency situations.
  • Administer medications and treatments.
  • Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans.
  • Educate patients and families about condition and care plan.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.
