Incredible Health in Athens, TX is actively hiring for RN - Critical Care. Positions include day and night shifts, available as full-time or part-time. RNs with critical care experience and ACS/ACLS credentials are encouraged to apply.

You will work with advanced equipment, support life-support systems, and collaborate across a multidisciplinary team. Qualified candidates hold an ADN or higher nursing degree, valid RN license, and strong critical thinking skills.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ years ICU experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to function under stress.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor critically ill or unstable patients.
• Manage life-support systems like ventilation and cardiac monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and emergency situations.
• Administer medications and other treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians to implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about care plans.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.
