Job summary

Mitchell County Regional Health Center in Osage, IA seeks a registered nurse to deliver patient care using the nursing process, ensuring safety and continuity of care for medical and surgical patients. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The position is .9 FTE (72 hours per pay period), with shifts 7am–7pm on Sundays through Saturdays, including weekends and holidays. Starting pay is $32.49 for ADN and $33.49 for BSN, with increases with experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN licensure in Iowa.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS and PALS may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for medical and surgical patients.
• Collaborate with RT, PT, ST, OT for multidisciplinary care.
• Float to ER and Outpatient Treatment Center as directed.
• Direct patient teaching and guide ancillary personnel.
