Job summary

Mitchell County Regional Health Center in Osage, IA, is seeking an RN to deliver patient-focused nursing care for medical and surgical patients. The role requires teamwork with RT, PT, ST, and OT, and may involve floating to ER and Outpatient Treatment Center.

The position is .9 FTE with weekend and holiday shifts, 7am–7pm. Starts at $32.49 (ADN) or $33.49 (BSN) and increases with experience, with comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current Iowa RN licensure.
• Experience in a health care setting preferred.
• Telemetry course within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process for medical and surgical patients.
• Coordinate with therapies (RT, PT, ST, OT) to provide multidisciplinary care.
• Float to Emergency Room and Outpatient Treatment Center as needed.
• Collaborate with the Provider team to ensure optimal care.
