Mitchell County Regional Health Center in Osage, Iowa is seeking a Clinic Registered Nurse to oversee essential nursing care for patients and lead clinical staff under the Clinic Director or RN Supervisor. The position is a .7 FTE (28 hours per pay period) with shifts Monday–Friday, 7am–5pm, including rotating Saturday mornings.

Starting pay is $27.58 per hour for ADN-educated RNs and $28.58 per hour for BSN-educated RNs, with increases based on experience.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited program in professional nursing.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Iowa.
• ACLS certification preferred, or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire
• PALS certification preferred, or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire

Responsabilidades

• Assess, promote, maintain and restore patient health within scope of practice.
• Direct and support nursing/clinical personnel providing patient care.
• Evaluate, revise and implement clinical policies and procedures for safe, quality care.
• Maintain staff education records and perform in-services.
