Job summary

Health Advocates Network, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the West Palm Beach area to deliver high-quality patient care on a night shift.

The role offers local pay and travel stipends, contributing to a total compensation package with additional benefits. The ideal candidate holds an RN license in good standing, has recent RN experience, and possesses required certifications (BLS, N95, TB test, immunizations).

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1+ year within the last 3 years of recent RN experience.
• Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the licensing board, if required.
• Current certifications such as BLS, N95 fit test, immunizations, TB test.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and document assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies.
• Perform wound care and IV therapy within scope of practice.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control standards.
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR entries.
• Provide compassionate, patient‑centered care while promoting safety and quality outcomes.

Local Pay: $ $52.50 /hour - W2

Travel Pay:

Travel Rate (based on 36 hours): Hourly $20.25, Stipend (Lodging $938.00 + M&I $399.00) = $1,337.00

Total Comp: $2,066.00

• Night Shift 12hr- 07.00pm - 07.30am

Registered Nurse (RN) Duties & Responsibilities

• Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and document assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies.
• Perform wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical procedures within scope of practice.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and facility policies.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting safety and quality outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current, valid, and unrestricted NC license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
• Minimum of 1+ year within the last 3 years of recent experience as a RN
• Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
• Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., . BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test,).
