Qualifications

• Active WA RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience within the last 3 years.
• Copy of PSV from licensing board if required.
• Current certifications (e.g., BLS) and immunization records.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop care plans.

**Local Pay: $73.00/hour- W2 **

Shift Details:

• 02.00pm - 10.30pm Su/M off
• 06.00am-02.30pm Sa/Su off
• 06.00am-02.30pm Th/F off

Registered Nurse (RN) Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and document assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies.
• Perform wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical procedures within scope of practice.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and facility policies.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting safety and quality outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current, valid, and unrestrictedWashington license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
• Minimum of 1 yearof recent experience as aRN within the last 3 years.
• Copy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
• Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test,...).
