Job summary

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced RN for PACU/Pre-Op/Endoscopy coordination. You will oversee daily clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support quality patient care across the Endoscopy area.

The role requires ASN or higher, Texas RN license, BLS/ACLS, and PALS within 90 days, with 3+ years of RN experience in PACU/PreOp/Endoscopy. Strong documentation and infection control practices are essential.

Qualifications

• RN with clinical excellence in PACU, Pre-Op or Endoscopy.
• Active Texas RN license and certification in BLS/ACLS; PALS required within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily clinical operations in the Endoscopy area, PACU, and Preoperative areas.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and JCAHO requirements and center policies.
• Collaborate with Managers and Director on staffing, policy, and educational activities.
