Job summary

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in Texas is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the PACU/Pre-OP environment. You will provide nursing care on a dedicated unit, follow Texas RN practice standards, and collaborate with the care team to support patient safety and outcomes. The role requires ASN or higher, Texas RN license, BLS, and 2+ years in PACU/Pre-OP.

Qualifications

• ASN or higher nursing degree or higher required.
• Texas RN license required.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required.
• 2+ years RN experience in PACU/Pre-OP/Endoscopy.
• Ability to work on a single unit.
• Proven basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to patients in an assigned unit.
• Follows Texas RN practice standards with supervision.
• Seeks resources when assistance is needed.
• Balances dependent and interdependent decision making.
• Focus is on expanding knowledge in the specialty area.
• Provides patient care per ANA standards.
