Job summary

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, part of the Optum family, seeks an experienced RN to coordinate the ASC Endoscopy and PACU/Preoperative areas in Houston. You will collaborate with leaders to align staffing, policies, and quality programs while ensuring accurate documentation and safety standards.

Requires ASN or higher nursing degree, Texas RN license, BLS/ACLS, PALS within 90 days, and 3+ years in PACU/PreOp/Endoscopy. Eligible for comprehensive benefits and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• ASN or higher nursing degree required.
• Texas RN license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required.
• PALS obtained within 90 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily clinical operations of the ASC Endoscopy area, PACU, and Preoperative area.
• Collaborate with Managers and Director on staffing, policies, and education.
• Promote Quality Improvement, Infection Control, and Safety plans.
• Ensure accurate documentation of medical records and proper use of equipment.
