Job summary

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, part of the Optum family, seeks a skilled RN to coordinate ASC Endoscopy PACU/Preoperative operations in Texas. You will work with managers to support staffing, policy execution, quality improvement, infection control and safety plans.

Required are an ASN or higher, Texas RN license, BLS/ACLS; PALS within 90 days; 3+ years in PACU/PreOp/Endoscopy; pre-op assessment experience. Competitive benefits and pay range apply.

Qualifications

• ASN or higher required.
• Texas RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required.
• PALS must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• 3+ years RN experience in PACU/PreOp/Endoscopy preferred.
• Experience in pre-operative patient assessment and preparation required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily clinical operations of the ASC Endoscopy area (PACU/Preoperative).
• Collaborate with managers/director on staffing, policy, and safety plans.
• Ensure proper use of equipment, supplies and controlled drugs; document records accurately.
