Job summary

Nextaff is seeking a Contract Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to long-term care residents in a contract assignment. You will assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, and administer medications and treatments as ordered, while developing individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and therapists.

You will educate residents and families on care plans, respond to emergencies, and ensure compliance with facility, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum one year of RN experience
• Long-Term Care experience preferred

Minimum Requirements

• Current resume
• Two professional references
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum one year of recent RN experience
