Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an RN for a Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility in North Dakota. Requires ND or compact RN license, BLS, and at least 1 year of RN experience. Driver's license is needed for consideration, with two professional references required.

The position involves a 12-hour day shift (0600–1830) on a 128-bed LTC/SNF unit, with a 1:32 patient ratio and no on-call duties. Housing allowance, travel reimbursement, and other benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Active ND or compact RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience required.
• Driver's license required for consideration.
• Two professional references: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years with dates of employment and rehire eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Post-acute LTC/SNF unit with 128 beds.
• Patient ratio of 1:32.
• Cares for patients with all diagnoses.
• Uses Point Click Care (PCC) as the charting system.
• 12-hour day shifts from 0600-1830.
• Every third weekend and every third holiday required.
• No on-call or call-back responsibilities.
• Complete a location-specific orientation pathway with facility staff prior to starting.
• IV certification preferred for LPNs on this unit.
• Candidates must reside within an 80-mile radius for full travel pay rate eligibility.
• Local candidates accepted at a reduced rate.
• Two week's notice required for cancellation.
