Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver quality nursing care in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility. The facility is licensed for 80 beds and currently operates with 74 beds, including Skilled Nursing, Memory Care, and LTC residents.

This is an initial 13-week contract with potential for extension based on performance. The role requires an active RN license in the applicable state, prior long-term care experience, and strong clinical skills

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the applicable state.
• Previous Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, medication administration, documentation, and resident-care skills.
• Ability to work independently in a long-term care environment.
• Flexible with scheduling, floating, weekends, and facility needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to Skilled Nursing, Memory Care and LTC residents.
• Perform charting and documentation per facility policies and systems.
