Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Southwest Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a RN for a Contract L&D Float Pool role, day shift. The position offers a PRN float pool with flexible scheduling and competitive pay at a rate of $65/hr.

The role requires current Oklahoma RN licensure or eNLC, BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP as specified, and the ability to work across departments including L&D. A valid driver's license and insurable driving record are also required.

Qualifications

• RN license required in Oklahoma or eNLC.
• 3 years RN hospital RN experience OR 1 year with ECMO/LVAD.
• BLS certification required on hire; ACLS/PALS/NRP within 90 days of hire.
• Must have valid driver’s license and driving record acceptable to insurer.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Assessments and reassessments of patients.
• Develop and implement the plan of care.
• Perform and evaluate patient care interventions.
• Supervise and coordinate care by licensed and non-licensed staff.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students.
