Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking an RN Contractor for the ER Float Pool. The role requires delivering high-quality patient care, floating to multiple departments as needed, and supporting on-call coverage as required.

Qualifications include Oklahoma RN licensure (or eNLC), BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP depending on role; ECMO/LVAD certification for relevant cases; strong English communication and a valid driver’s license. PRN flexible scheduling offered by the pool.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Oklahoma or active multistate license via eNLC.
• 3 years RN hospital experience or 1 year with ECMO/LVAD certification.
• BLS certification current on hire or within 30 days.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP certification required per competency or within 90 days.
• Must communicate effectively in English.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care using the nursing process and float to units as needed.
• Perform assessments, develop plans of care, implement and evaluate interventions.
• Supervise and delegate care to licensed and non-licensed staff.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to policy and accreditation standards.
