Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Oklahoma or eNLC member status.
• 3 years RN experience in hospital settings, or 1 year with ECMO/LVAD certification.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS/PALS/NRP as required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Float to various units as needed and participate in on-call status.
• Manage and document patient care using the nursing process.
• Assess/reassess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Supervise and coordinate care delegation to licensed and non-licensed staff.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to students and staff.
• Maintain a safe, hazard-free environment.
• Coordinate assignments and ensure staffing for assigned shift/area.
