Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member is acceptable.
• Department-specific competencies required during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process.
• Float to various units as needed.
• Supervise and coordinate patient care to personnel.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel.
