Qualifications

• Current licensure as an RN in Oklahoma or eNLC multistate license.
• 3 years RN patient care in hospital setting or 1 year with ECMO/LVAD certification.
• Current BLS certification at hire or within 30 days.
• ACLS, PALS, or NRP certification based on competency or within 90 days.
• Must communicate effectively in English.
• Must have a valid driver's license and driving record acceptable to insurer.
• Specialty-area qualifications may apply (CCU, ED, L&D, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Assess and reassess patient needs.
• Develop and implement plans of care.
• Perform and document patient-care interventions.
• Evaluate outcomes of interventions.
• Supervise and coordinate care by licensed and non-licensed staff.
• Mentor non-licensed staff and students as appropriate.
• Maintain a hazard-free environment and safety practices.
• Coordinate delegation and education of staff for assigned shift/area.
