Job summary

Spring Meadows A Villa Center, part of Villa Healthcare, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team. The RN assumes responsibility for a group of residents during a shift, delivering care through assessment, planning, and evaluation.

Key duties include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, supervising CNAs, and maintaining accurate nursing documentation. Ohio RN license, CPR certification, and prior long‑term care experience are preferred; willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Current CPR Certification required.
• Nursing Degree or diploma from an accredited College or University.
• Possess a current license to practice in the State as a Registered Nurse.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Long‑Term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides licensed care to residents as ordered by physician and in accordance with standards.
• Receives and transcribes physician orders to charts/MAR/treatment plans.
• Administers medications and performs treatments as ordered.
• Charts nurses notes reflecting care provided and resident response.
• Directs the day‑to‑day CNAs for assigned unit to ensure compliant care.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary environment; monitors safety and compliance.
