Job summary

Spring Meadows A Villa Center, part of Villa Healthcare, seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily living activities under nursing supervision. The CNA will help with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and nutrition while ensuring safety and comfort.

The role requires strong teamwork, English proficiency, and adherence to health requirements, with CPR certification encouraged within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• State Certified Nursing Assistant license/certification is required.
• Current CPR certificate or become certified within 90 days of employment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, mobility).
• Provide personal hygiene support and comfort under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Turn and reposition bedridden patients; monitor and report changes in condition.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and daily activities as needed.
• Record vital signs and communicate needs to nursing staff.
• Support room cleaning, linen changes, and supplies gathering.
• Respond to patient calls and requests promptly and professionally.
