Wellspring Lutheran Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a skilled nursing setting. Qualifications

• Current Michigan RN license.

Responsibilities

Registered Nurse (RN) | Providing Compassionate Care and Meaningful Connections Wellspring Skilled Nursing & Rehab – Fairview | Full-time, Part-time, or Per Diem | Hourly $35.90 - 38.40

As an RN, you'll play a vital role in helping residents achieve the highest level of physical, emotional, and psychosocial well-being while serving as a leader and advocate within the care team. What Your Impact Will Look Like

You'll provide skilled nursing care that supports each resident's unique needs, goals, and preferences. You'll be a trusted presence for residents and families, helping them navigate health changes while providing education, encouragement, and support. You'll collaborate with physicians, nursing assistants, therapists, social workers, dietary staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure residents receive coordinated, high-quality care. You'll assess resident conditions, monitor changes, implement physician orders, and advocate for interventions that promote positive outcomes and quality of life. You'll help guide and support nursing assistants and other team members while fostering a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and resident-centered care. You'll contribute to care planning, admissions, discharges, and transitions while helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment for everyone in the community. Some days you'll be celebrating a resident's progress after rehabilitation. Other days you'll be comforting a family member, coordinating care with physicians, mentoring a nursing assistant, or identifying a subtle change in condition that prevents a larger problem. Every day, your knowledge, compassion, and attention to detail make a difference.

Schedule

• Full-time, part-time, or per diem
• Day Shift (6:00 am - 6:00 pm) or Night Shift (6:00 pm - 6:00 am)
• Rotating weekends and holiday schedule required for full and part-time.
• Opportunities to work closely with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, residents, and families throughout each shift.
