Legacy Concierge is seeking an RN Companion to provide 1:1 non-medical care in the client’s home, focusing on daily living activities and safety. You will document care and maintain clear communication with the care team, while upholding HIPAA and privacy standards.

The role emphasizes relationship-based care, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a private home setting, with competitive benefits and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Active California RN license in good standing.
• Graduation from an accredited ADN or BSN nursing program.
• ADN graduates – minimum 2 years hospital experience; preferably ER/urgent care/telemetry.
• BSN graduates – minimum 8–12 months hospital or skilled nursing facility experience.
• Registered Home Care Aide in good standing (CA only).
• Proof of negative TB test or chest X-ray.
• Demonstrated ability to work competently in a 1:1 private care environment.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions; ask questions when clarification is needed.
• Strong communication, documentation, professionalism, and customer service skills.

Aufgaben

• Deliver 1:1 personalized non-medical care in the client’s home.
• Support ADLs such as personal care, transfer assistance, bathing, dressing, incontinence care, medication reminders.
• Support IADLs such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, companionship.
• Complete daily care notes accurately and timely using agency systems.
• Care for clients with conditions like Alzheimer's, dementia, Parkinson's, COPD, CHF, etc.
• Communicate promptly with care team about status changes, incidents, or concerns.
• Maintain a reliable schedule and communicate any changes per policy.
• Model Legacy Concierge values and client-centered care principles.
• Comply with HIPAA and infection control standards.
• Promote respectful communication with client/family and the company.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
