Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ASN or BSN).
• Licensure: Active RN license in South Dakota (or compact/eNLC with SD privilege).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing; psychiatric/mental health, community health, or case management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Health assessments for adults in CARE program.
• Medication administration and oversight; injections; educate on side effects and adherence.
• Collaborate with case managers, therapists, and psychiatrists on care plans.
