Sanford Health is recruiting a Registered Nurse to provide individualized patient care using the nursing process across clinical settings. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, coordinating with the team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires an unencumbered RN license with state authority; a Bachelor's in Nursing is preferred. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver care, education, and triage according to professional standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the practicing state and/or multistate license in NLC state.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate care, patient assessment, and education.
• Triage and perform various nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Practice within the Nurse Practice Act and state licensure requirements.
