Job summary

Adult & Child Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide nursing services across multiple settings, including residential facilities, behavioral health programs, and community homes. You will perform assessments, monitor health, coordinate care with the treatment team, and administer medications under nursing leadership.

The role requires current RN licensure, willingness to obtain additional state licenses, and ability to participate in telehealth as needed.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Willingness to obtain licenses in additional states.
• Ability to provide telehealth services as needed.
• FHCQ: BCLS certification required, ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and evaluate client health.
• Coordinate care with treatment teams and create action plans.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Monitor labs and coordinate with physicians.
• Document all activities timely per policy.
• Provide health education and disease prevention guidance.
