Avera Prince of Peace-Skilled Nursing in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee direct patient care and supervise care delivery by ancillary staff. You will coordinate MDS assessments, update care plans daily, and lead resident care conferences with the interdisciplinary team.

The role requires an active RN license, 1–3 years in long-term care or supervisory experience preferred, and a commitment to compliance with state and federal guidelines.

• Coordinates, documents, and completes accurate MDS assessments.

• Maintains compliance with DOH, CMS, and OSHA guidelines.
