Nexus Family Healing is seeking a Registered Nurse at Luther Hall in Fargo, ND to support a psychiatric residential treatment program. You will deliver client-centered medical care, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and manage medication administration to residents in a structured setting.

The role requires an accredited nursing degree, an active RN license, and 1+ year of nursing experience, with full-time shifts on-site and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN license.
• 1+ year related nursing experience.
• First Aid/CPR/Infection Control certification.
• Valid driver’s license and driving requirements.
• Background check as required by DHS/DCFS/CJIS/DHHS.

Responsabilidades

• Provide resident medical care and monitor health conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on admissions and care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Educate residents on medications and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow Nexus policies.
