MBI Health Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support a mobile treatment team delivering wraparound, community-based behavioral health services for adults with serious mental illness. You will operate in home, street, or community settings to reduce hospitalizations and improve quality of life.

The role emphasizes recovery-oriented, person-centered care with collaboration among clinicians and care managers to implement comprehensive care plans. DC licensure is required.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited/approved school of Nursing.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in mental/behavioral health or related areas.
• Current DC RN license or eligibility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• EHR experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Gather comprehensive patient information across medical, mental health and social domains through interviews with patient, family, and care team.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop a person-centered plan of care.
• Develop and implement educational plans to maximize health benefits.
• Administer medications and treatments under physician/Nurse Practitioner orders and document promptly.
• Monitor patient status and report changes within 24 hours.
• Maintain HIPAA/privacy compliance and stay updated on regulations.
• Document nursing assessments and interventions in the EHR within 24 hours.
• Provide follow-up and feedback to patients on health care concerns.
