A community mental health organization is looking for a Registered Nurse to provide direct care and support for clients with serious mental illness and substance use disorders. This role requires a Michigan nursing license and knowledge of psychiatric medications. Responsibilities include working in an Assertive Community Treatment team and local community travel. Offered at 40 hours per week, primarily Monday through Friday. Attractive benefits package included.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in Michigan.
• Knowledge of biological factors in mental illness.
• Understanding of psychiatric medications and clinic procedures.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support for clients with serious mental illness.
• Work collaboratively within the ACT team.
• Travel within the community daily for patient visits.
