Job summary

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) Outpatient Psychiatry team in Western Massachusetts. You will perform direct clinical nursing, nursing assessments, AIMS scoring, and coordinate care with prescribers and the care team.

Requirements include an active MA RN license and at least one year in behavioral health. The role emphasizes collaboration, documentation in CareLogic/Smartsheet, and culturally responsive

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts required.
• At least one year of experience in behavioral health preferred.
• Knowledge of psychiatric conditions, psychotropic medications, and care coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect clinical nursing services for adults and children in CBHC and outpatient psychiatry clinic.
• Complete comprehensive nursing assessments including mental-status updates and AIMS scoring.
• Administer injections, document vitals, monitor treatment responses, and communicate changes to providers.
