Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in California.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Experience in nursing education, CNA instruction, or program coordination preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CDPH regulations and CNA certification requirements.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the CNA training program, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum and instructional materials for CNA students.
• Provide clinical supervision and hands-on instruction to CNA students in classroom and clinical settings.
• Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and program documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare facility partners to coordinate clinical rotations and practicum experiences.
• Mentor and evaluate student performance, providing feedback and support throughout the program.
• Ensure program adherence to CDPH standards and accreditation requirements.
