Qualifications

• Current State RN License in good standing.
• Minimum of two years of direct nursing experience, with long-term care exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CNA Training Program, delivering curricula and clinical instruction.
• Ensure compliance with State Board of Nursing standards and 42 CFR requirements.
• Track student outcomes and report to the board; support placement and credential attainment.
• Build partnerships with local employers to align training with workforce needs.
• Supervise Wellness Services staff and ensure quality training and evaluation.
