Adams and Associates, Inc. is seeking an RN/CNA Program Coordinator to lead the Center's Certified Nursing Assistant training program, delivering credentialed instruction and guiding students toward credentialed, employable careers.

This role blends clinical expertise with teaching, mentoring, and building partnerships to align CNA training with state standards and workforce needs, while preparing graduates for full-time jobs, higher education, the military, or advanced training.

Qualificações

• Current State RN License in good standing.
• Two years of direct nursing experience, with at least two years in a long-term care facility.
• Plus one of the following options: completion of a course on adult teaching/learning concepts, CE credit for adult teaching/learning concepts, or one year of experience teaching adults as a faculty member or supervising nursing assistants.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the CNA Training Program and manage the Nursing department's CNA training.
• Ensure curricula and clinical instruction meet State Board of Nursing standards and instructor qualifications.
• Track student outcomes and reports to State Board of Nursing and relevant regulations.
• Support student placement with high-quality supervision and transition to jobs or further training.
• Build partnerships with employers and align training with local workforce needs.
