Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program accepted by the Iowa Board of Nursing for licensure.
• 1 year of work experience providing/coordinating training
• Effective verbal and written communication; basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Improve staff competency and satisfaction through orientation, onboarding and ongoing training.
• Develop curriculum and facilitate training for medical clinical support staff.
• Coordinate, train and monitor CLIA Waived Testing.
• Support Basic Life Support training and compliance reporting.
• Partner with Training Manager to ensure effective onboarding.
• Report training data and provide feedback on quality and performance improvements.
• Participate in Clinical Risk Management and Joint Commission activities.
